When typing a query into the search bar, most browsers try to guess what you’re going to type and give you suggestions. The feature is known as autocomplete or search suggestions.

Even though it is convenient to see such predictions and choose from them to save time, you may still find them annoying (more often than not). If so, almost all browsers let you turn this feature off.

It keeps your attention on what you initially came to find in the browser.
To make your search experience as clean as possible, it removes all distractions.

You won’t waste time procrastinating and seeing search results you didn’t intend to see.

When using keyword research tools such as Keywords Everywhere, you’ll save your credit from having to go through unrelated search queries.
